WOOOO A NEW PAGE!
Happy 4th of July! 250!!!!
Big updates from me:
My husband and I are very excited and blessed to be having a baby in December!!!
If my energy levels allow, I’m going to try to get Book 8 out before then- but we shall see!
So far, baby is very healthy and doing well! I have just been DOG TIRED.
For now, I will do my best to get out pages as I can. 😀

“That’s a lotta damage”
Yay! Congratulations!
(I love how Theo thinks he is invincible… XD)
Congratulations!
Congratulations! I hope everything goes well for you.
Theo doesn’t seem distraught so maybe it is still better then he assumed?
I feel like Xavier feels soaked in sore regret, like the kind that gets worse when no one else acknowledges it
(in the last panel.)
Some unrelated rambling of mine: since this is the 250th birthday of the U.S., 250 is precisely 1000/4. So a “fourth” of a millennium. And also “fourth” of July. And the current year is 2026, and July is the seventh month…. actually no, wait I’m not going to do that joke.
I thought I’d said it elsewhere, but since I have apparently not, congrats!!!
I hope great joy for the three of you <3
Congratulations!!!! Love the new page! Theo’s expression in the last panel is gOLd.
congratulations! 😀
Theo’s face is sending me in that last panel, he really wasn’t expecting it to be that bad
Theo: “Wait, does that say ‘Red Blood Cell Count: 2’?”
Val: “Yes, yes it does.”
Congratulations! I wish you good luck for December…
Now I am curious. Can someone link to a good tuna pancake recipe?
https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/tuna-pancakes
Thank you! I tried the recipe. It worked, but tasted relatively bland, and for my taste the result was too soft to qualify as “pancake”. they were juuust stable enough to not fall apart on their own. Sweet chili sauce helps, and maybe I used too much onion (the cups to grams converter that I found essentially gave me a 1:1 ratio of onion and tuna). If someone knows how to make it better I am willing to try again, but without further advice I don’t think I’ll make them again 🙂
Congrats and I wish you all the best through your pregnancy! I’m guessing that you’ll be passing on GRCC this year?
Thank you so much!
I will be at GRCC this year (barring any surprises!), but I will likely take 2027 off to give baby all the attention. 🙂
That sounds entirely fair! The little ones are REALLY good at keeping parents busy!
