Honestly, if it were me, the higher ranked would be a duck tape mummy on the ceiling by now. Leave nose uncovered and hope they have no cold, but otherwise, wrap completely and away from one’s line of vision.

Just thinkin how I would (and could!) do right this minute.
On the ceiling would be rather difficult to do, as you’d need to 1. have arms long enough to reach the ceiling, 2. hold the guy in place with your arms, 3. also duct tape the guy also with your arms, 4. hope the ceiling panels actually hold his weight.
I’d curl him up fetal-style (though still with arms in the back) and hide him under a desk instead.
Mummify them on the ground, get a step ladder. I can’t tell if it’s a drop ceiling, though it does look like a one piece ceiling. Prop victim on shoulder, lift upper body with ones strong hand, use other hand to tape to ceiling. Tear tape using teeth.
