Also, logical argument for Theo’s position, keeping Xavier in the program means at the very least having a heads up when he’s going off the rails, as opposed to finding out while he’s mid rampage and hurting the program unintentionally.
IMO it’s probably more because Xavier might be able to get things done. Could he end up shaking things up inadvertently? Yes. Could things get even more dangerous? 100%. But how long can DERP go on trying to stem the tide against an enemy who would rather eliminate them all with numerous collateral casualties while they keep trying to play pacifist?
